– The façades are clad with 2 cm thick porcelain tiles, mechanically installed to provide additional wall insulation.
– All exterior and partition walls are constructed with insulated blocks, providing high energy efficiency and sound insulation for the villa.
– Internal electrical panels are from ABB.
– Home automation systems are provided by Al Fanar.

Some of the above options are optional and are not included in the main price of the villas.
